Katy East Community Plan and Mobility Study

As highlighted on HCP4 website: The Katy East Community Plan and Mobility Study goal is to set a shared vision that strives to enhance the quality of life for all residents within the study area. Driven by robust public engagement, the plan will examine existing land use, mobility, infrastructure, and economic development challenges and opportunities in the community. The final plan will create prioritized list of projects, policies, and program recommendations to support the aspirational values of the community seeking to improve quality of life, livability, and economic opportunity.

UltraBarrio team with Halff Associates, conducted analysis and multiple public and stakeholder workshops to unpack urban design opportunities for Katy East. UltraBarrio team designed the interactive public workshop activities to assist in facilitating conversations with the public and key stakeholders.
